Service and Support
Your vehicle needs to keep working for you long after the sale. We offer support and service options so you can keep moving with confidence.

Accessible vehicles have two systems working together: the van itself and the conversion equipment added to it. Regular service covers both. We can help with routine maintenance, inspections of the conversion, and checks on ramps, lifts, tie-downs and securement systems, because a fault in any of these affects safety.
To book service, contact our team with the vehicle's year, make and model, the mileage, and a short description of what you need checked. If something is urgent, say so when you call. If you are not sure what is wrong, describe what you notice, such as a noise, a slow ramp, or a change in how the lift moves, and we will advise on the next step.
Before a service visit, it helps to gather your owner's manual, any conversion documentation you received, and a list of recent issues. Bring the keys and any remote controls for the ramp or lift.
Service locations, hours and the parts we can source depend on the work involved. Please contact us for current details and for an estimate before any work begins.
